Liam Stagg had a busy night with 2 assists. Benjamin Dirven contributed with 2 goals and Ethan Mulhearn delivered for his team with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist).
During the first period, Buckley opened the scoring for the Raiders with a goal at 1:39 with a helper from his linemate Stagg.
In the second, Poirier answered for Cornwall with a goal at 0:36 with helpers from his teammates Hebert and Pogue. Dirven deposited a goal at 6:00 with assists from Wilkins and Tanner. Mcrae netted what turned out to be the game winning goal at 15:19 with assists from his linemates, Mulhearn and Maccormick. Mulhearn put in a goal at 19:19 with helpers from his linemates, Mcrae and Maccormick.
During the third, Dirven deposited a goal at 5:19 with helpers from Hebert and Orr. Mueller answered for Nepean with a goal at 16:31 with assists from Tam and Stagg.
This loss brings the Nepean Raiders’ record to (24-32-2-4).
