The Nepean Raiders are committed to supporting our athletes on and off the ice. This means ensuring our players have access to proper educational support throughout their Junior hockey career.
Our Academic Advisor, Chris Morris is a teacher with the Ottawa Catholic School Board who also understands the unique pressures and demands experienced by elite student-athletes. Raiders players can rely on Chris to:
- Provide ongoing educational support and connect students with educational resources as required.
- Advise players on course selection and the academic pathways that are available to them
- Advise on NCAA rules, regulations, and admissions requirements at American and Canadian post-secondary institutions.
- Assist with SAT preparation
