Nepean, ON – The Nepean Raiders are proud to announce that 2007-born forward Malcolm McKee has signed with the team for the 2025/26 season.
‘Mack’, born in Leesburg, Virginia, is an elite two-sport athlete who will bring a precise scorer’s touch to the Raiders offence. The 17-year-old stands at 5’11” and 179lbs, but he is a fast, shifty, and well-balanced player on the ice, creating space to release his deadly shot. However, he’s also an incredibly talented player off the ice.
Last season, Mack suited up for the 18U AAA Washington Little Capitals in the Atlantic Youth Hockey League, sniping 24 goals and 32 points in 28 games. He also put up 5 points in 4 games during the Elite Prospects Cup Series in October, and a pair of goals in just one game with his high school, Heritage High. His lofty goal totals earned him a spot in the AYHL All-Star Game. With a total of 28 goals on the ice last season, he has proved he can put pucks in the net – but that’s not all.
Over the summer, Mack has been lighting up the high school circuit, enjoying a fantastic junior season on the turf with Heritage High’s boys lacrosse team. In fourteen games with Heritage, Mack found the back of the net 11 times and added a trio of assists for a point-per-game pace. This earned him his second all-star nod of the year – this time, as first-team all-district and second-team all-region.
With his ability to put goals on the board no matter what sport he’s playing, Mack will be an extremely vital addition to the Raiders’ offense this season. We’re very excited to see what he can do in Canada!
Welcome to Nepean, Mack!
